8. Refund Policy

8.1. You are liable of the inspection and verification that your product has no damages, is the indeed correct and up to your expectations. If this is not met, please send us a ticket on https://www.addaxz.co.za/Support_Page.aspx within 48 hours of receiving your product.

8.2. If you claim anything besides a defect/damage to your product and upon the receival of the product by AddaxZ, we find there is a defect/damage, you will be charged 50% of the product and your replacement will be null and void.

8.3. You will only get back your money if AddaxZ receives the product in a good condition, given you were not satisfied or any other reason besides 8.4.

8.4. In the case of your product being defective/damaged, AddaxZ will replace it as soon as it receives the defective product.

8.5. AddaxZ reserves the right to judge the condition of the product upon its return to evaluate if it is in a good condition or not.

Anything that is not covered by the above clauses (8.1-8.5) will not considered by AddaxZ. Anywhere that the customer is in doubt or confused they should contact AddaxZ.
